We’re excited to announce that B-DACS has been shortlisted for the Glasgow Business Awards 2018!
This year, we’ve been shortlisted in the Fair Work (1-50 Employees) category, in recognition of our commitment to providing a welcoming, supportive and rewarding working environment for all our staff, as well as assisting them in their professional development.

Having won Best Performing Business (11-50 Employees) in 2015, we’ve had success at the awards before, but we’re especially pleased to be in with a chance of winning the award for Fair Work. It’s something that we’ve prided ourselves on since setting up B-DACS 15 years ago and is central to our business ethos.
Director Diane Drummond said:
“We have worked very hard over the past few years to put in place policies and procedures which not only assist the organisational efficiency of B-DACS but also assists all our staff in doing their roles. We have reintroduced one-to-ones and development plans for all staff and are really focused on building a culture in which our staff feel valued. In turn, this creates a good place to work and our customers see the benefit from our quality and service. We have a real emphasis and focus on training and development and we are delighted to be shortlisted for this award.”
Organised by Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, the Glasgow Business Awards is now in its 21st year. The B-DACS team will attend the ceremony on the evening of Thursday 4th October 2018 at The Hilton Hotel, Glasgow. Wish us luck!
